The Scrunch Time Pop Over from FOIL is a super relaxed, super easy, super snuggly top you can pop over when you want an extra layer this season. In a soft, chunky knit, it features a cowl neck, drop shoulders that form a very short sleeve shape, plus large side splits in the hem. Add it over your long sleeve tee, and team it with jeans, pants or skirt in natural tones.
