Designed with comfort in mind, Ballad features a removable full cork footbed with built-in arch and metatarsal support, cushioned heel support, and a 4mm memory foam layer for added comfort underfoot. Crafted from natural cork and latex, the footbed molds to the shape of your foot over time for a more personalized fit. The Poetic Collection is finished with a durable, lightweight and flexible 2.3" TPR sole for elevated style with support built into every step.
Our Return Policy
Return Policies: If an item is on sale or discounted, it is a FINAL sale. No returns or exchanges. If an item is full price, customers must initiate their return within 7 days of receiving their purchase and have the goods returned to us in new condition with tags, box and invoice for a refund back on their original method of payment. Shoes or clothing that show wear or smell of smoke will not be refunded and will be donated. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
