Return Policies

IN STORE Policy:

Customers have 7 days to bring back merchandise in new condition with tags, box and receipt a full refund.  Shoes or clothing that show wear or smell of smoke or pets will not be accepted.  We take pride in the products and service we provide, making sure you buy something that fits and you look and feel good in!

ONLINE Shopping Policy:

Customers can simply return non-final sale items within 7 days of receiving their purchase, items must be in new condition with tags, box and a copy of the order for a refund back on their original method of payment. Shoes or clothing that show wear or smell of smoke or pets will not be refunded and will be donated.  

The customer is responsible for return shipping.  Return items to:

Please allow us 24-48 hours once your items have been returned for processing.  Returns will not be accepted past the 7 day window. Contact us with any issues.

After the 7 Days Policy:

They are yours to cherish, share with a friend or donate.
